Question 1

Why is my car making a grinding noise when I brake in Islington?

Accepted Answer

The most common cause is brake pads worn completely through, so the metal backing plate is grinding directly against the disc. This destroys the disc rapidly. Stop driving and get it inspected immediately — continued use risks brake failure.

Question 2

How much does brake pad and disc replacement cost in Islington?

Accepted Answer

At MnF Motors, pricing depends on your vehicle make and axle. We provide an honest, itemised quote before any work begins — no hidden charges. Call 020 8803 1231 for a same-day quote.

Question 3

Can MnF Motors fix my brakes the same day?

Accepted Answer

Question 4

Is it safe to drive to MnF Motors if my brakes are grinding?

Accepted Answer
