Question 1

My warranty company won't pay for my repair — what can I do?

Accepted Answer

This is more common than most drivers realise. Warranty providers often dispute labour rates, question diagnosis, or ask for a second opinion. MnF Motors can produce a detailed written diagnostic report, liaise directly with your warranty company on your behalf, and challenge a refusal with documented evidence. We've resolved dozens of disputed claims for drivers across North London.

Question 2

Is MnF Motors approved by my warranty company?

Accepted Answer

MnF Motors works with all major UK warranty providers including Warrantywise, RAC Warranty, AA Warranty, WMS Group, and many dealer-issued extended warranties. Being independent means we're not tied to any single provider — we act in your interest, not theirs.

Question 3

How much does warranty claim repair cost in Bowes Park?

Accepted Answer

Where your warranty is approved and the repair is covered, there is no upfront cost to you beyond any policy excess. If your claim has been disputed or declined, a diagnostic inspection report starts from £60 — which we can use to challenge the decision with your provider.

Question 4

Do you collect cars from Bowes Park for warranty repairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We collect from Bowes Park and anywhere within 60 miles of our Edmonton garage as part of our full warranty claims service. Most of our warranty customers are within 20 miles of Edmonton N18, so Bowes Park is well within our regular collection area.

Question 5

How long does a warranty repair take?

Accepted Answer

Timescales vary depending on the repair and how quickly your warranty provider authorises the claim. Straightforward approved repairs are typically completed within 1–3 days. Where we need to challenge a refusal, allow 3–7 days for the back-and-forth with the provider. We keep you updated throughout.
