Does MnF Motors accept Big Motoring World warranty claims?

Yes. MnF Motors handles claims from Big Motoring World customers. You do not have to travel back to the Big Motoring World site — we deal directly with their claims department and carry out the approved repair locally.

Question 3

How does MnF Motors handle Warranty Solutions Group claims?

Warranty Solutions Group allows policyholders to choose their own repairer. MnF Motors works directly with WSG, who settle the claim with us rather than through you. Check your own policy documents for your exact cover terms.

Will I have to pay anything upfront for a warranty repair?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, once your warranty claim is approved, the provider pays us directly. Any excess or uncovered elements will be made clear before any work begins — no surprises.

Question 5

How long does a warranty repair take at MnF Motors?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround depends on the repair and how quickly the warranty provider authorises the claim. Minor repairs can be completed same day or next day once authorised. We keep you updated throughout and aim to return your car as fast as possible.
