Question 1

How much does warranty claims repair cost in Chatham?

Accepted Answer

If your repair is covered under a valid warranty, your out-of-pocket cost could be zero. MnF Motors liaises directly with your warranty provider and only invoices you for any agreed excess or non-covered elements. We'll tell you exactly what's covered before any work begins.

Question 2

Does MnF Motors collect from Chatham for warranty repairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We collect from Chatham and anywhere within 100 miles of our Edmonton garage as part of our full warranty claims service. Your vehicle is collected, repaired to manufacturer standard, and returned to your door.

Question 3

Will using an independent garage invalidate my car warranty?

Accepted Answer

No. Under Block Exemption Regulations, using a qualified independent garage like MnF Motors does not void your manufacturer or aftermarket warranty, provided the correct parts and service standards are used — which we always follow.

Question 4

How long does a warranty claim repair take?

Accepted Answer

Timescales depend on the fault and your warranty provider's approval process. Most straightforward claims are completed within 2–5 working days. MnF Motors chases approvals proactively so your car isn't sitting idle longer than necessary.

Question 5

Which warranty providers does MnF Motors work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with most major aftermarket and dealer warranty providers including Warrantywise, AA Warranty, RAC Warranty, WMS Group, and many others. Contact us with your policy details and we'll confirm compatibility before you commit to anything.
