Question 1

Can an independent garage like MnF Motors handle my warranty claim in Cockfosters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are not restricted to the selling dealer. MnF Motors can carry out the repair and submit or liaise on the claim with your warranty provider directly, whether that is a manufacturer warranty or an aftermarket policy.

Question 2

Do I have to pay anything upfront for my warranty repair at MnF Motors?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, no. Where your warranty provider settles directly with MnF, you pay nothing upfront for covered work. Any excess or uncovered elements are discussed with you clearly before work begins.

Question 3

Does MnF Motors handle Big Motoring World warranty claims?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Big Motoring World customers can use a local approved independent garage rather than travelling back to the supplying dealer. MnF can carry out your repair and deal with the claims process on your behalf — check your own policy documents for exact terms and any pre-authorisation requirements.

Question 4

How long does a warranty repair take at MnF Motors?

Accepted Answer

Timescales depend on parts availability and how quickly your warranty provider authorises the claim. MnF contacts your provider promptly, keeps you updated at every stage, and aims to return your vehicle as fast as possible.

Question 5

Will MnF Motors collect my car from Cockfosters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MnF offers a collection and return service from Cockfosters and anywhere within 60 miles of our Edmonton N18 garage. Most warranty customers are within 20 miles.
