Question 1

Can MnF Motors handle my A1 Approved warranty claim in Elstree?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MnF Motors accepts warranty claims from A1 Approved customers. We carry out the repair and deal directly with the A1 Approved claims department on your behalf. A1 Approved requires pre-authorisation before work begins — we handle that call for you. Always check your own policy documents for exact terms.

Question 2

Do I have to go back to the dealer for my warranty repair?

Accepted Answer

No. You are not restricted to the supplying dealer. An independent garage like MnF Motors can carry out the repair and submit the claim to your warranty provider on your behalf — whether that's A1 Approved, Warranty Solutions Group, Big Motoring World or another provider.

Question 3

Will I need to pay anything upfront for a warranty repair at MnF?

Accepted Answer

In most approved warranty cases, no upfront cost is required from you. The warranty provider settles the approved repair directly with us. Any excess or items not covered under your policy will be discussed with you transparently before any work begins.

Question 4

How far does MnF Motors collect from Elstree?

Accepted Answer

We collect from Elstree and anywhere within 60 miles of our Edmonton N18 garage. Most of our warranty customers are within 20 miles of us, so Elstree is well within our standard collection area.

Question 5

How long does a warranty claim repair take?

Accepted Answer

Timescales vary depending on the fault, parts availability, and how quickly your warranty provider authorises the work. Once pre-authorisation is confirmed, most repairs are completed within 1–3 working days. We keep you updated throughout.
