Question 1

Can an independent garage handle my warranty claim in Friern Barnet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most UK vehicle warranty policies allow you to use an independent garage of your choice. MnF Motors contacts your warranty provider directly, submits the claim on your behalf and carries out the approved repair. You do not have to go back to the dealer you bought the car from.

Question 2

Does MnF Motors deal with Big Motoring World warranty claims?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Big Motoring World customers can use a local approved independent garage rather than travelling back to a Big Motoring World site. MnF handles the diagnosis and liaises with the claims department on your behalf. Always check your own policy documents for the exact pre-authorisation steps required.

Question 3

How long does a warranty claim repair take?

Accepted Answer

Timescale depends on how quickly your warranty provider authorises the work and whether parts need to be ordered. Simple repairs can be turned around in one to two days once authorisation is granted. MnF chases the provider on your behalf so there are no unnecessary delays.

Question 4

Will I have to pay anything upfront for a warranty repair at MnF Motors?

Accepted Answer

In most cases no upfront payment is required for the covered repair. Where a warranty company settles directly with the garage, such as Warranty Solutions Group, you pay nothing for the approved element of the work. Any excess or non-covered items will be discussed with you clearly before we proceed.
