Question 1

Can MnF Motors deal directly with my warranty company?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MnF Motors contacts your warranty provider on your behalf, submits all required documentation, and handles the authorisation process — so you don't have to chase anyone or fight your corner alone.

Question 2

Do I have to pay anything upfront for a warranty repair?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, no. Once the warranty company authorises the repair, costs are settled directly. We'll always be transparent about what's covered and flag any potential shortfalls before work begins.

Question 3

Will MnF Motors collect my car from Hampstead?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer collection from Hampstead and anywhere within 60 miles of our Edmonton N18 garage. Most of our warranty customers are within 20 miles, so Hampstead is well within our regular collection area.

Question 4

Which warranty companies does MnF Motors work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with all major UK warranty providers including Warranty Direct, RAC Warranty, AA Warranty, WMS Group, MotorEasy, and many others. As an independent garage, we're not tied to any single provider.

Question 5

What if my warranty company is refusing to pay?

Accepted Answer

This is frustratingly common. MnF Motors can provide a detailed independent diagnostic report that clearly evidences the fault and its cause — often the documentation needed to challenge a warranty refusal or escalate a dispute.
