Question 1

Can an independent garage in Kilburn handle my A1 Approved warranty claim?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MnF Motors is an independent garage that accepts and processes A1 Approved warranty claims. We contact the claims department on your behalf, obtain pre-authorisation before work starts, carry out the approved repair, and deal with settlement directly — you do not need to return to the selling dealer.

Question 2

Do I need to pay anything upfront for a warranty repair at MnF Motors?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, no. Where your warranty provider settles directly with us — as A1 Approved typically does — you pay nothing upfront for covered work. Any excess or non-covered items will be clearly explained before we begin. Always check your own policy documents for exact terms.

Question 3

How long does a warranty claim repair take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the repair and how quickly authorisation is granted. A1 Approved can authorise and settle claims the same day in many cases. Once authorised, most repairs are completed within one to three working days. We keep you updated throughout.

Question 4

What if my warranty company is disputing or delaying my claim?

Accepted Answer

This is a common and genuinely frustrating situation. MnF Motors deals directly with warranty providers and can supply the detailed diagnostic reports and supporting evidence they need to approve a claim. If a claim is being disputed, our experience of 25+ years means we know how to present the case clearly and professionally.
