Question 1

Can an independent garage deal with my warranty company directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MnF Motors contacts your warranty provider, submits the claim paperwork, agrees the scope of repair with their claims department, and carries out the approved work. You do not have to go back to the dealer you bought from.

Question 2

Does MnF Motors handle Big Motoring World warranty claims?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Big Motoring World customers are not required to return to a Big Motoring World site for repairs. MnF Motors can carry out the work and deal with their claims process on your behalf. Always check your policy documents for any conditions that apply.

Question 3

How does a Warranty Solutions Group claim work at MnF Motors?

Accepted Answer

Warranty Solutions Group policies typically allow the customer to choose their own garage. WSG then settles the claim directly with the repairer. MnF Motors deals with WSG's claims department directly so you receive the repair without having to pay the bill upfront. Check your policy documents for exact terms.

Question 4

What if my warranty company is delaying or refusing my claim?

Accepted Answer

MnF Motors has over 25 years of experience dealing with warranty providers and knows exactly what documentation and diagnosis evidence they need. If a claim has stalled, contact us — we can supply the diagnostic report, photos and technical evidence that often moves a delayed claim forward.

Question 5

Do I have to pay anything upfront for a warranty repair at MnF Motors?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, no. Once your warranty company authorises the repair, MnF Motors invoices them directly. You only pay for anything that falls outside your policy cover, and we will always tell you clearly before any work begins.
