Question 1

How much does warranty claims repair cost in Peterborough?

Approved warranty repairs are funded by your warranty provider, so your out-of-pocket cost is typically zero. MnF Motors liaises directly with the warranty company on your behalf. We confirm coverage before any work begins, so there are no surprise charges.

Question 2

Do I need to bring my car to Edmonton for a warranty repair?

Accepted Answer

No. MnF Motors offers a full collection and return service from Peterborough and anywhere within 100 miles of our Edmonton garage. We collect your vehicle, carry out the approved repair, and deliver it back to you.

Question 3

How long does a warranty repair take?

Timescales depend on parts availability and the warranty provider's authorisation speed. Most repairs are completed within 2–5 working days. We keep you updated throughout and aim to minimise inconvenience.

Question 4

Will using an independent garage invalidate my warranty?

No. UK consumer law and EU Block Exemption rules mean that using a qualified independent garage does not void your warranty, provided the correct parts and procedures are used. MnF Motors has 25+ years of experience meeting these standards.
