Question 1

Do Big Motoring World customers have to go back to the supplying dealer for repairs?

Accepted Answer

No. Big Motoring World customers can use a local approved independent garage rather than travelling back to the dealership. MnF Motors can carry out the repair and submit the claim to Big Motoring World's claims department on your behalf. Always check your own policy documents for the exact pre-authorisation steps required.

Question 2

How does MnF Motors handle a warranty claim for Slough customers?

Accepted Answer

We collect your vehicle from Slough, carry out a full diagnostic inspection, contact the warranty provider directly, obtain any required authorisation before work begins, complete the approved repair, and return the car to you. You deal with us — not with the warranty company.

Question 3

How much does warranty claims repair cost in Slough?

Accepted Answer

Your out-of-pocket cost depends entirely on your policy's excess and what parts and labour are covered. MnF Motors provides an honest written diagnosis so the claim is submitted accurately from day one, reducing the risk of delays or partial rejections.

Question 4

What if my warranty company is delaying or refusing the claim?

Accepted Answer

We are experienced in dealing with warranty providers directly and can help you understand the reason for any delay or refusal. We provide full supporting documentation — diagnostic reports, fault codes and photographic evidence — to back up every claim we submit.

Question 5

Does MnF Motors cover Slough for collection and delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We collect from Slough and anywhere within 60 miles of our Edmonton N18 garage as part of our full warranty claims service. Slough is well within that range and is a regular collection area for us.
