Question 1

Can an independent garage like MnF handle my car warranty claim?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are not restricted to the supplying dealer. MnF Motors can carry out the diagnosis, contact your warranty provider's claims department directly, obtain authorisation and complete the approved repair — all on your behalf.

Question 2

Do I have to pay anything upfront for a warranty repair at MnF?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, no. Once your warranty provider authorises the repair, they settle the agreed amount directly with us. You only pay any excess or costs outside your policy's scope. We explain everything before any work begins.

Question 3

Does MnF handle Big Motoring World warranty claims?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Big Motoring World customers can use a local approved garage rather than travelling back to the original dealer. MnF accepts these claims, contacts Big Motoring World's claims department on your behalf and carries out the approved repair. Check your own policy documents for your exact terms.

Question 4

How does MnF handle Warranty Solutions Group claims?

Accepted Answer

Warranty Solutions Group policies generally allow customers to choose their own garage. WSG then settles the claim directly with the repairer. MnF deals with their claims department, submits the required documentation and carries out the repair once authorised. Always verify your specific policy terms.

Question 5

Accepted Answer
